Ultimate refreshment with a juicy, blackberry spin! These blackberry mojitos are my go to cocktail in the hot, humid summer plus they're super fast to make!

How to Make the Best Blackberry Mojitos
Blackberry mojitos are the ultimate summer refresher, combining fresh fruit, mint, and rum into a beautifully balanced cocktail. The combination of juicy blackberries and cooling mint makes this drink perfect for hot, humid days, and the best part is that they’re incredibly quick to prepare—ready in just five minutes.
Why Blackberry Mojitos Are a Summer Essential
This cocktail is a game-changer for anyone looking to escape the heat. The natural sweetness of blackberries pairs perfectly with the brightness of fresh lime juice and the aromatic qualities of mint. Unlike complicated cocktails that require multiple ingredients and techniques, blackberry mojitos keep things simple while delivering impressive flavor. The muddling technique releases the essential oils from the mint and juices from the blackberries, creating a drink that’s greater than the sum of its parts.
Making the Perfect Blackberry Mojito
The key to a great mojito is the muddling—you want to gently bruise the mint and blackberries to release their flavors without completely pulverizing them. Use a heavy-bottomed glass, preferably a collins or old fashioned glass, and take your time during this step. Crushed ice is strongly preferred over regular cubes, as it chills the drink more quickly and creates a better texture. Whether you choose blackberry-infused soda water or traditional club soda, this refreshing cocktail is sure to become your go-to drink all season long.
