How to Make the Best Pesto Tortellini Salad
This pesto tortellini salad is the ultimate summer side dish that’s as impressive as it is easy to make. Combining fresh cheese tortellini with vibrant pesto, crispy salami, creamy fresh mozzarella, and tangy sun-dried tomatoes, every bite is packed with flavor and texture that’ll have your guests asking for the recipe.
What makes this pasta salad special is how the fresh pesto coats every piece of tortellini, creating a dish that’s simultaneously hearty and light. The combination of salty salami, fresh mozzarella, and artichoke hearts adds depth and richness that transforms simple pasta into something restaurant-worthy. Best of all, this salad comes together in just 20 minutes of active time.
The magic happens when you let it chill for a few hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator. This allows all the flavors to meld together beautifully, making it the perfect make-ahead dish for summer entertaining. Serve it at your next potluck, picnic, or dinner party and watch it disappear from the table.
