Pulled Pork Sliders

How to Make the Best Pulled Pork Sliders

These pulled pork sliders are the perfect crowd-pleaser for game day gatherings, parties, or casual weeknight dinners. With multiple cooking methods available—crock pot, Instant Pot, stovetop, or oven—you can choose the option that works best for your schedule and kitchen setup. The beer-braised pork shoulder becomes tender and flavorful as it simmers, absorbing all the savory BBQ seasonings.

What makes these sliders truly special is the combination of tender, juicy pulled pork with creamy apple coleslaw. The tartness of the apple cider vinegar and the sweetness of the diced apple provide a perfect balance to the rich, smoky pork, while the toasted buttered buns add that final touch of comfort. This is comfort food at its best.

Whether you’re feeding a small group or preparing for a larger gathering, this recipe is incredibly easy to execute and scales beautifully. Make the pulled pork ahead of time and simply reheat and assemble the sliders just before serving for a stress-free meal that tastes like you spent all day in the kitchen.
