Ingredients
Rosé Push Pop Mixture
Instructions
Preparation
- Store push pop containers in the freezer while preparing the push pop mixture.
Making the Mixture
- Add lemonade and peach liquor to a medium saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over the liquid and let stand 3-5 minutes until absorbed.
- Add granulated sugar and stir over low heat until all sugar and gelatin is dissolved.
- Remove from heat, stir in rosé wine and immediately transfer to an 8x8 baking dish.
- Refrigerate 30 to 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Once gelatin starts to thicken but not set, remove from refrigerator.
Filling the Push Pops
- Remove the cap from each push pop and scoop the rosé mixture in halfway.
- Add fresh sliced peaches and strawberries to each pop.
- Top the remaining space with the rosé mixture.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving. For best results, chill standing upright to avoid air bubbles.
Notes
- For 2 dozen push pops, double the recipe and use a 9x13 baking dish.
- If you chill the push pops lying flat, you may get small air bubble holes. Chill standing upright for a uniform appearance.
- Prepare the push pop containers in the freezer ahead of time for best results.
