How to Make the Best Thanksgiving Mimosa
This Thanksgiving mimosa is the perfect way to elevate your holiday brunch. Unlike traditional mimosas, this festive version features an infused orange juice base that’s been steeped with warming fall spices—cinnamon, cloves, and sage—along with the natural sweetness of dried figs. The result is a sophisticated, seasonally-inspired cocktail that tastes like autumn in a glass.
The beauty of this recipe is how easily it can be prepared ahead of time. You can make the infused orange juice mixture the day before your gathering and refrigerate it until you’re ready to serve. This makes it ideal for entertaining, so you can focus on spending time with loved ones rather than scrambling in the kitchen last minute. Simply strain the mixture right before serving and you’re ready to go.
Whether you’re hosting an intimate brunch or a larger holiday gathering, this Thanksgiving mimosa is sure to impress your guests. The optional cinnamon-sugar rim adds a decorative touch and complements the spiced flavors beautifully. Pair it with your favorite brunch fare and raise a glass to gratitude and togetherness this holiday season.
